The Greek Technology and Innovation Company, Crowdpolicy (http://www.crowdpolicy.com/), active in the field of technology and innovation and focused on upgrading its digital services, constantly taking business initiatives and developing innovative solutions appealing to more and more organizations, has entered into a strategic partnership with the international group Viber (https://www.viber.com/en/), in the field of chatbots, the automatic virtual assistants.

Crowdpolicy, constantly expanding its field of activity in Greece and abroad, and having already developed, through the AI — Loyalty Virtual assistant Βotakis platform (http://www.botakis.com/), a ground-breaking solution in the field of automatic virtual assistants, now comes to add to its partnerships with major business groups, another international partner, Viber, one of the leaders in the global market for instant messaging applications with millions of daily users.

The strategic partnership of Crowdpolicy with Viber was officially announced at the hybrid event held by Crowdpolicy on Thursday, April 22, 2021, entitled: “The Age of Chatbots and Virtual Assistants: Artificial Intelligence in Practice for the Public and Private Sector” that was attended by the executive of Rakuten Viber, Ms. Daniela Ivanova, Business Development Director Europe. Ms. Daniela Ivanova presented the multiple functionalities of the Viber application, pointing out how important this partnership is for further upgrading digital services in the Greek market. Moreover, she presented the good practice of the PPC (ΔΕΗ) Chatbot which is the first implemented in collaboration with Viber, providing access to the automatic virtual assistant of PPC through the popular Viber application. This opportunity, as pointed out by Mr. Aggelos Spanos, Chief Marketing & Products Officer at PPC, will further upgrade the communication with the customers of PPC and open even more communication channels, thus improving the quality of personalized customer service.
