The Open Day of the Visa Innovation Program S4 was successfully completed!

The online Open Day of the Visa Innovation Program Season 4 was held with great success on 10th March 2022 at 17:00 (EET) by Crowdpolicy. The Open Day was attended by startups wishing to participate in the Visa Innovation Program, as well as stakeholders, Clients Banks and PoC partners who participate in the 4th cohort of the Program.

The Open Day kicked off with a welcome speech by Mrs. Marialena Vernezou, Senior Account Manager, Visa Greece, who pointed out the importance of the Program for the fintech ecosystem, as well as its achievements so far.

Mrs. Vicky Foteinou, Program Manager at Crowdpolicy, briefly presented the Visa Innovation Program across 3 cohorts, giving a better overview of how the Program works and the expectations for the 4th Cohort.

Mr. Konstantinos Vaitsas, Innovation Department Alpha Bank, gave a brief speech on the theme “Banks as partners for the Fintech Stars”. He analyzed the criteria that a startup needs, and discussed the financial space and its industry trends.

Mr. Antonis Prentzas CEO, Co-founder at Finloup and Mr. Vasilis Zoupasa, Co-founder at Woli talked about how the Visa Innovation Program helped their idea to be evolved, the importance of the Visa, partners and the team in Crowdpolicy during this journey, and gave some advice to the entrepreneurs who want to join the Program.
