In the context of Visa Innovation Program, Visa and stoferno.gr proceeded with the implementation of a special offer for Visa cardholders which includes the delivery of products with free shipping.

Stoferno.gr is an online platform, available via web, Android and iOS for direct delivery products of any category from local stores such as grocery stores, pharmacies and many more, with delivery within the hour. At the same time, Stoferno.gr also provides direct courier / courier services within the city, for last-mile same day distributions, with deliveries even within 2 hours. The company participated in the 1st cycle of the Visa Innovation Program.

In a period where the distribution of goods at home is becoming significantly more important, Stoferno.gr will provide every Thursday free shipping to each purchase of items worth more than € 30 especially for Visa cardholders and users.

Specifically, every time a user of the platform Stoferno.gr places an order in the cart with a total value of more than € 30 from partner stores of the service stoferno.gr, they will receive free shipping costs when they choose to pay with a Visa card. This action will last until Thursday 16th of July.

Stoferno.gr’s partnership with Visa aims, among other things, to offer added value to those users who order through the platform, but also to enhance electronic payments.

The Visa Innovation Program is a collaboration between Visa and Crowdpolicy. Visa and Crowdpolicy launched the Visa Innovation Program in 2019, a partnership aimed at promoting new payment methods while enriching the digital commerce experience for Greek consumers and traders.

Visa Innovation Program operates as a collaborative platform where fintech companies and Visa partners work together to address market challenges through specific proposals. The 1st cycle of the Program focused on changing behavior in cash payments using cards to four key players pillars: the daily expenses of Greek consumers, the income from tourism, travel as well as consumer-to-consumer (G2C), consumer-to-public (C2G), business-to-business (B2B) and Peer to Peer (P2P) transactions.
