I’ll begin this article with a well-known example. We’ve all seen red metal rust on old metal, particularly iron tools or utensils left in the house. Why am I using rust as an example? How much information is stored in our brains on a daily basis? How much information can we recall at the end of the day? Let’s talk about expanding your vocabulary. How many new words have they learned, and what do they mean by “reading, forgetting, and reading”?

Revision can also be considered an art form. If we use a special method, our revision will be much more effective, and we won’t have to worry about things like forgetting to read before the exam. So, without going into too much detail, let’s look at some revision strategies.

Revision sheet and note book

The revision sheet and note book will provide some solace. While reading, keep your revision sheets nearby. While reading, we read a lot of information that isn’t very important. or information that does not have to be remembered. The revision sheet will assist you in sorting out what is important and what is not. But how exactly?

Set aside on a revision sheet the information that is important to remember while reading, important for the test, and likely to be forgotten, so that you don’t have to go over the entire book right before the exam. You’ll be able to master the entire subject once you’ve seen the revision sheet. This will reduce the amount of time required to revise. And the rate of revision will accelerate.

Performance is more important than exam book knowledge.

Some questions in the exams are frequently taken from the previous year’s questions. There are some special topics about which one or more questions will be asked in the exam. According to experts, these topics should be prioritized when revising for the exam.

Use flash card

Only vocabulary and formulas are forgotten at twice the rate at which we read or learn. These formulas and their new meanings can be memorized using flash cards. It is not always possible to carry a book containing vocabulary and formulas with you. As a result, this flash card will be useful in this situation. Write the formulas and semantics on these small cards and keep them with you at all times so you can revise them as needed.

Mark only the necessary parts.

Some books deteriorate to the point where it is difficult to find the required information at the end, let alone a stained line. If all of the lines are stained, how will you revise the night before the test?

Make sure to revise the topics that you will write about if you get a common

Try to see the answers to the questions again and again when giving a revision. If any of the questions pass the test, you must write it down. For the sake of literature, assume that some quotations from poems can be learned well enough that they can be used if you ask questions about that poem.

As the saying goes, “Sing and sing and sing and sing.” Develop the habit of revision by adopting these techniques, and then there will be no possibility of getting embarrassed like forgetting to read during the exam!
