Anger is the biggest enemy of humans. Sometimes some of us do not agree with it but deep inside we all believe that. Most of us regret those things that we have done in anger. Sometimes we don’t even realize that but it is true. Though it is true that anger is a part of human nature. There is not a single person who never got angry in their life. But what we need to know is how to control it.

Let’s began it scientifically. How science defines anger. Charles Spielberger, Ph.D., a psychologist, says that “Anger is an emotional state that varies in intensity from mild irritation to intense fury and rage.” To me, this definition is quite accurate. Anger is the most dangerous thing. People usually lose control of themselves when they get angry. They don’t even think about the thing they are doing at that moment. They just do, say, or execute the thing that comes into their mind. Most of the time they thin that whether they are doing good or bad.

Anger is one kind of mental illness. Being angry is normal but people who get too much anger are not normal. This is one kind of mental illness. But not everyone suffers from this type of issue. Their number is few. But what everyone should learn is how to manage anger. We all need to know how to control our anger. This is called anger management. And to all human beings, it is important to learn in this present situation.
