So this week was a real test to see if my thesis easily lets us get shaken out of our positions and we passed with flying colours. In the depth of all the doom and gloom we did not sell anything prematurely, allowed the bounce to take place, in fact we are now adding to our BTC position by selling underperforming assets. All and all a testiment to using trial and error over time to create my portfolio strategy instead of guessing quite frankly, like most people doing T/A on YouTube. All the short term guesses are just random outcomes. We instead aligned with the existing trend. No guesswork, no crystal balls, and no confluence of indicators were used in delivery this data. It almost feels like cheating.

Okay, so there is some assets to dump this week and swap to BTC. You can see the following assets are simply not performing:
ADA/USD, AVAX/USD, DOT/USD, etc, etc, you can read the table below. So if you want to dump these assets now and buy BTC instead, I will let you know if and/or when any of them begin performing again so we get a cheap entry. As I have said a gazzilion times, we need to be dumping non-performers so they do not become a drag on the total portfolio performance. Remember we want the total portfolio to reach above 5% yield before we can rebalance, other wise we might inadvertently lock in losses without meaning to.

There is no rebalance this week as we have not hit the 5% waterline for it to be triggered.

The way things appear to be headed it won’t be long till the portfolio is back in the black overall. I always suggest during what appears to be just a temporary correction/dip if you had some USD as dry powder, please use the data from the Excel table and the above table to see what might be a good asset to top up that has not pumped yet. BNB would be what I would be buying with your USD if you did have some dry powder or you are looking at what asset/s you can buy with your regular weekly DCA from outside income.
