Cinema is among the most popular terms in this world . In today’s world cinema is always treated as a mode of entertainment but can also make change in the society. It has a major role in impacting society. Cinema is referred to as religion in India . Cinema has given many superstars ,popular directors ,producers,writers and many memorable moments.
Since Cinema has been introduced in 1913 a movie “Raja Harishchandra “ by our father of Indian Cinema Dadasaheb Palkae . From that time Indian Cinema has left a lasting impression in the world for their acting,culture and content.
Indian Cinema has given many superstars,directors etc. In 1980s Amitabh Bachchan was considered as last superstar pof India but then 90s came an Indian film industry and a TV serial actor from Delhi came to Mumbai and entered into Bollywood and then Bollywood got his last superstar the King of Romance Badshah Shah Rukh Khan .
Back in 1970s their was a director ,producer from Punjab named Yash Chopra director who is known for directing Romantic movies they have collaborated with many actors but he introduced Srk as a King of Romance that they have given many romantic movies Darr,Dil Toh Pagal Hai, Veer Zaara and ATB movies DDLJ. Yash Chopra has 2 sons Adi Chopra and Uday Chopra . Adi Chopra who took the legacy of his father in directing movies and he has given a masterpiece to Indian Cinema of this generation DDLJ. After DDLJ Adi started making a cult classic film ever made in India ``Mohabbatein ’ which again showed Srk as a teacher and King of Romance. Mohabbatein is always a cult classic for its content ,acting,storyline,massive star cast and for its evergreen music which always are on playlist songs. The movie made the back carrier of Angry Man Legend Amitabh Bachchan back to screen and his character became so famous that it brought a great charm as Naryan Shankar . According To movie, Amitabh Bachchan is the antagonist of this movie. It narrates the story of Narayan Shankar, a strict principal of Gurukul College whose daughter Megha , commits suicide after he opposes her relationship with Raj, a music student. The star follows Raj with 3 Gurukul students whose love interest is related to Narayan Shankar intolerance of love .But at least love ,peace wins the hurt of people and its evergreen music album has been ahead of its time. This movie also launched 3 debut actors Jugal Hansraj , Jimmy Shergil and Uday Chopra including Yash Chopra son and 3 debut actresses Kim Sharma , Shashmita Shetty, Preeti Jhangini with beautiful exotic location films of this song’s more memorable moments. This movie was released on 27 October 2000 the budget of 13 crores but it collected 90 crores . Mohabbatein received 12 nominations .
Still this film plays an important role in teaching and guidance of love and peace and how to handle a relationship. This movie also brought different romantic genres . This movie has a different fanbase in SRK fans and for 90s and 2000s . Some heavy dialogues and massive star cast and because of strong content it will always be a fast cult classic.
