On this Thursday we’ve got updates across the board, as more titles fall into 2017 release windows. Here are your essential stories for October 13th 2016.

Sony has released new tips on how to clean your Playstation VR headset:

Costing in the realm of four hundred dollars, Playstation VR is a product to be handled with care. To fit this occasion, Sony has released a new series of videos explaining what to do if the opposite accidentally occurs. The first focuses on the lenses, while the second is on the Light Shield. Both can be attached to make cleaning easier.

4A Games is still working on console/PC projects:

Known for their work on the Metro series, some fans were a bit disappointed to see 4A Games strive in a VR direction, after watching Oculus Connect 3. However, in a new blog post the company has reassured that this isn’t the case, as they have another project in development. Unfortunately, no other words were offered on that matter.

Friday the 13th has gotten delayed to 2017, but it’s not all gloom:

Friday the 13th is buffing it’s experience with Single Player and AI Bots, but of course this can’t be accomplished without taking some sacrifices. Because of this, the game is being delayed into Spring 2017. Other work is being done to fine-tune the game’s multiplayer as-well.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is getting a crafting system:

Call of Duty Infinite Warfare is getting it’s first beta tomorrow, but Activision and Infinity Ward are still releasing some last minute details on what to expect. In a new trailer, the game is welcoming an all new crafting system, which also grants perks and is based off of rarity levels. If done correctly, your killstreaks will be even more destructive.

Kojima Productions is recruiting in Boston:

We haven’t heard anything about Death Stranding in a while, but if you’re curious (and experienced) you may be able to work on the game. Kojima Productions has announced they are accepting registrations during the Boston Career Forum, which takes place on the 28th. More info is available on their Twitter.
