Modern Warfare Remastered will finally retail as a separate release tomorrow:
Activision has finally unveiled it will be selling Modern Warfare Remastered separately, instead of it only being available for purchase through an Infinite Warfare package. The standalone version will now launch on July 27th for Playstation 4, with other platforms included in the future. Modern Warfare Remastered is also set to contain 16 multiplayer maps and the game’s full campaign for $40.
Xbox One and PC MOBA Gigantic now has a release date:
After some development hell, Xbox One and PC MOBA Gigantic is now set to launch on July 20th. The game will also cost $30 for a limited time, and will be $40 following. The game was originally supposed to release in June of this year, but was pushed into the next year because of certification issues.
Rockstar has released a new statement regarding their mod policy for GTA 5, following controversy:
On their site’s FAQ, Rockstar has released a new answer regarding mods for Grand Theft Auto 5 on PC, following a controversy over a shutdown of the popular OpenIV modding tool. They now state that their parent company Take Two will no longer take legal action against third party mod makers, as long as they are only used in single-player, non commercial, and respect the rights of the game. Grand Theft Auto 5’s PC version originally launched in April 2015.
Playstation 4 and Xbox One X support for PES 2018 has been detailed:
In a new GamingBolt interview with Konami global products manager Adam Bhatti, its been confirmed that the upcoming soccer simulation PES 2018 will support Playstation 4 Pro. So far, the only supported feature will be 4K, but Xbox One X details can’t be shared at the moment. PES 2018 is set to launch on September 12th 2017.
Battlegrounds has now crossed the 4 million copy mark:
Despite being in Steam Early Access, Battlegrounds is still celebrating a wide amount of success. Developer Bluehole has confirmed that the game has now surpassed 4 million in sales, only 3 months after release. This puts it as one of the fastest selling Steam games ever, its set to launch in the future for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
