Expect some unofficial Cyberpunk 2077 assets to leak soon:
We don’t know when Cyberpunk 2077 will be re-revealed, but we will nevertheless likely see the game soon, and not for reasons you might think. Developer CDProjecktRed has confirmed internal files of the game have been held for ransom, which the studio denied supporting. CDProjeckt has confirmed whatever the group stolen is not representative of the game in its current state, Cyberpunk 2077 currently lacks a release date:
EA has given the number of games to expect to see at their conference:
In new details for their EA Play conference, EA has confirmed eight games will be shown at the event. Two of these will be unannounced, with others being confirmed by EA, such as Need for Speed: Payback, Star Wars: Battlefront 2 and more annual sports titles. Its also possible these games could be part of EAOriginals, EA’s indie service.
Axiom Verge’s Nintendo Switch port has a price, release window, and new trailer:
Thomas Happ and Badland Games have announced Axiom Verge is coming to the Nintendo Switch in the form of Axiom Verge: Mutliverse Edition, which is set to launch sometime in August for $40. This is ten dollars more expensive than other ports of the game, but this version is the first to include a deluxe art commentary booklet, a making-of documentary, soundtrack CD and a poster. Axiom Verge originally launched in March 2015.
Xbox’s E3 conference will run more than an hour and a half:
In a new series of tweets, Xbox head Phil Spencer has confirmed the companies upcoming E3 conference will be more than an hour and a half, due to a decision that involved not wanting to cut out certain games. Keep in mind the conference is this Sunday (June 12th) at 12PM PT.
Activision is bringing three games to E3, along with a surprise:
Activision is bringing Destiny 2, Call of Duty WW2, Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy and a special “Crash announcement” to this years E3 the company confirmed today. They also specified some of the reveals, such as new Guardian subclasses for Destiny 2 being shown, and a presentation for Call of Duty WW2’s new mode (developed by Raven Software).
