Gears of War 4’s PC version will not support HDR at launch:
Many AAA games have received HDR support lately, but it seems that PC players who are looking forward to Gears of War 4 won’t be as lucky, or at least not immediately. The game’s Director of Community has confirmed on NeoGaf that this won’t be happening near launch, although 4K support is included.
Gears of War 4 has gone gold:
In a new Xbox Wire post, The Coalition and it’s staff have revealed that Gears of War 4 is finished and ready for launch. Because of this, there’s a new trailer (which you can watch below) and the staff working on the game even posed with Microsoft’s CEO in Vancouver. Congrats!
Amazon has locked one of the most popular PS4 bundles:
Coming right after the PS4 Slim’s launch, Amazon has locked the best selling model for the basic console (which comes included with Call of Duty: Black Ops 3) . No reason has been provided for why, but for now, you can only buy it if you have Prime.
Rumor has it that the NX may be announced/previewed in Germany:
New Twitter and NeoGaf leakers are reporting that retailers are heading to Nintendo Europe in Germany, and signing NDA’s. This means that the NX may be getting a preview over there, although there’s no official confirmation. We’ll stay tuned if anything changes in the meantime.
The next 4A Games project will be revealed at a VR event:
A little while ago, we reported on how 4A Games was teasing images for their next title. Well, it seems like it could very well be a virtual reality one, as the company has listed a countdown on their site that corresponds with an Oculus event. Oculus has talked about them being a partner before, so it’s anything but likely.
