We all know the Big N can’t just release a console with the standard fiddly-apps and what-cha-ma-functions. That’s fine. We’re used to that, especially when it comes to in-game voice chat. So when Nintendo announced that it wasn’t going to have built-in voice chat capabilities, the world scratched its head while every other Nintendo fanboy (myself included) shrugged and thought: “Typical.”
