Kelsey Peterson is a people-first recruiter who believes that everyone should love what they do + where they work. When designing recruiting programs, she focuses on an exceptional candidate experience — removing unnecessary hoops, being a guide, and giving the best offer from the start. She also builds bridges for those early in their career to find mentors and allies in their space.
