Hint: Compromises are never a good thing

It’s ironic to me that people view compromises as a good thing. As if it was the best solution ever. In my opinion, it’s the worst!

Here’s why: compromising implies you gave up something to meet someone in the middle.

Don’t compromise, instead, everyone should be working together to come up with a plan that works for all, instead of creating plans in silos then deciding what’s least important to you and can be dropped in favour of making everyone happy.

Start off with a happy for all plan instead.
