What does it really mean when we fight, or make something fight back?

When we make something fight back, does this mean we are the danger? Are we being a bully?

The human’s response to risk is always fight or flight. When we feel there is danger, most would pick flight over fight, but there are scenarios where flighting is not an option.

We flight because we feel there is a risk. There is danger around us. So when we make something fight back, does this mean we are the danger? Are we being a bully?

And when we decide to flight, does it mean we are under risk and/or danger?

What does it mean when we try to avoid from certain people or situations? Are those things making us feel uncomfortable? Is there a possible danger as well?

When we flight or fight, does it matter if it’s an individual or a group?

What I’ve learnt is that, while yourself might not be the individual in flight or fight mode, but if you see someone who is, you can choose to be flight or fight with them, and combine your efforts to help pave the way.

A group can flight together, but if they combine their efforts, and fight back as a group, this will then become very powerful.

Not only is then now everyone is working towards a common goal, but a support system is also then built. If a group chooses to flight together, the danger is still there, and will always be there.
