How do we built habits?

Building a habit is not about doing a task every day without a miss. It’s not about doing something so often that you no longer realize you’re doing it.

Building a habit is about being ok with skipping it but knowing you will come back to it. Building a habit is being able to miss it once, twice, or a couple of times, and having the motivation to get yourself back into the routine and continue to move on.
