The glass is half full. The glass is half empty. It’s a head. It’s a tail. The pros. The cons.

What do they all have similar? It’s they all have a buddy and one is always +ve and the other is -ve.

When you’re faced with hardship think about what’s the flip side to it? What’s the good and positive thing that will come out of it?

This is a mental game. It’s all in your head. The facts are in nature we are always presented with a good side and a bad. What and how */we zone / in on something is purely our head — not the reality. The difference in shifting our mindset sometimes makes a world of a difference.
