Who is to blame?

The “thin-skull rule” is something that I learned in law school today. It’s the principle of common law where if you flick so light that it can break a skull, because the person’s skull was particularly thin, you are still at fault.

“The wrongdoer must take his victim as he finds him”.

In life, there are people who are particularly sensitive and objects/reacts to things that other people don’t. Don’t blame it on them, take the responsibility and impose the thin-skull rule. I wonder how this will change your perspective.
