Week 10 Rewind
Entering the home stretch
3 weeks remain for our fantasy regular season, and every matchup here on out should have major playoff implications. Let’s take a look at the 11 teams that still have a chance based on record.
8–2: Kurtis, Tani
Kurtis isn’t technically locked in as he could lose 3 straight and fall to 8–5, but with the most points scored, he would likely have a tiebreaker advantage over any of the other teams that do end up 8–5.
Tani does not have that advantage however, and it will be much more imperative for him to win at least 1 matchup over the next 3 weeks to strengthen his playoff spot.
7–3: Binh, Jeff
Binh is in a similar spot as Kurtis, as he has a considerable points advantage over the rest of the league. However, with 1 less win, there’s still pressure to win a couple more weeks.
Jeff came out of nowhere with 120 points last week in a victory, greatly increasing his playoff odds. With less points scored than any other team in the playoff race, he’ll need every win he can get to avoid getting pushed out.
6–4, 5–5: Anton, Kevin, JR, Lando, Josh, Bunger
There’s gonna be a bloodbath between these 6 teams trying to get the last 2 playoff spots (or 3 spots, depending on Jeff’s record). With the exception of Bunger, all of these teams also have between 1050–1100 points, so their scoring output down the home stretch will have major implications in who makes it.
4–6: Jason
It’s not looking great for Jason, but there’s still a scenario in which he makes the playoffs. To do so, he’ll need to win every week here on out and hope the teams above him take a free fall. A 7–6 record still might not be enough for the Playoffs due to his low points scored, but he’s also battling to get into the Consolation Bracket and could potentially push a current 5–5 team into the Sacko playoffs.
