Formula 1 drivers are allowed one race per season for a unique, one-off helmet that is different than their usual design. Most of the drivers pick their home race, and Max Verstappen is no different after picking the 2018 Belgian Grand Prix.
Max was born in Belgium, and his fans are some of the most dedicated people in Formula 1, so he can’t disappoint. Below are some images of his helmet sporting the classic orange that people have come to love.
Stoffel Vandoorne of McLaren is also rocking a similar orange helmet to represent his home Grand Prix.
