Parker Thompson has had a jam-packed weekend at the Honda Indy Toronto while racing in both the Indy Pro 2000 and the Porsche GT3 Cup. Picking up podiums in both of the opening races for each series makes all the running around just a little more worth it.

Both podiums were a third-place finish, and most importantly he has kept Roman De Angelis on his toes for the Porsche GT3 Cup championship. Despite Roman picking up his sixth straight win in the GT3 Cup, Parker Thompson has been lurking close behind.

Roman currently leads the championship with 238 points, while Parker has 206 points. Race two for both series starts today before the main Indycar event.
