Roman De Angelis earns pole position for race one of the Porsche GT3 Cup in Toronto

The Mark Motors driver is seemingly unstoppable over the last few weeks. Picking up five straight wins, and now continuing his success in Toronto by earning pole position for race one, it doesn’t sound like anyone can match his pace.
It wasn’t much of a fight as Jeff Kingsley was almost half a second behind Roman’s qualifying time. Although drivers are struggling to match Roman, the streets of Toronto have a history of being hectic and unpredictable. Pole position on this track is essential, but one mistake can mean your race is over.
