Imagine this. No, never mind that; save your imagination for writing and searching! You don’t need to close your eyes and imagine this process, because you’ve already experienced the mind-numbing scroll through grids of graphics looking for “the one” to complete your article, your website, your blog post, and suddenly there “it” is. The coolest graphic you’ve ever seen, but it’s not what you need now. You’re sure you’ll never find it again.

Pexels.com offers a variety of images, and the choices delivered with each search can be overwhelming. Easy to forget what images speak (scream? wave?) as you scroll through search results.

Allow me to introduce you to three great options to save that graphic for another day: the heart button, the collection feature, and the download option.

The heart button

“Heart”-ing a graphic is the same as liking. Clicking the heart on a graphic will store it in the ‘Your Likes’ folder, which is a default location every Pexels user gets. I LOVE folders for the storage of anything digital; they keep things clean and neat, don’t ya know.

The collection feature
