Last Night I Made It
Today I have only a half left!
Let me say right up-front, I would not put the cake I’ve used as my image in my mouth.
Still, I chose to use it just to highlight that any recipe I share here would never contain synthetic colours.
The one I want to share with you is an all-natural cake, so easy to put together and delicious for all adults (and any Michaela you happen to have been gifted as a parent).
Explanation:
At around seven I had made a curry for my husband and me, and she begged to try it out because it smelt so delicious.
I explained that the curry had lots of chillis in it and promised to make the same one for her the next day, which I did.
From that day on I never cooked food just for her. As for the chillis, I just added them judiciously over time until she had acclimatised to the heat.
But back to my recipe. It’s one of Tin Eats, which is a cooking blog run by Nagi. She writes:
