We often forget just how much of our lives are shaped by what we allow to happen.

It’s subtle, like a gentle breeze pushing the sails of a boat — small choices steering the course. But here’s the truth: we allow in our lives what we believe we deserve.

You see, the people around us? They’re often a reflection of how we see ourselves deep down inside.

The folks you hang with, the ones you let close — they’re like a mirror, reflecting your own self-worth back at you.

If you’re constantly surrounded by people who don’t seem to have the time for you, there’s a good chance it’s because you haven’t been carving out time for yourself.

You’re so busy running around, taking care of everyone else, you forget you need attention too. You start to feel like you’re not worth that time, and boom — next thing you know, your relationships reflect that.

It’s like you’re broadcasting to the world, “I’m not that important,” and the world echoes back, “We agree.”
