3 Tips to Cope with Nausea
Nausea can go from uncomfortable to altogether intolerable. Ginger to the rescue! Try the following 3 tips:
- Ginger Tea
Create delicious homemade ginger tea by grating ginger root and allowing it to steep in boiling water for 8–10 minutes. Add sugar or honey.
2. Ginger in Soups
Spice up your creamy soups with the vibrant flavor of pureed ginger. Try carrot ginger soup or chicken ginger soup.
3. Ginger Water
Besides helping you deal with nausea, ginger water is also a great way to drink more water, because of its great taste!
Quick recipe: Boil 4 cups of water. Add 2 teaspoons of ginger powder and let it steep for 7 to 10 minutes.
