  1. This pain shall pass.
  2. It will not pass as quickly as you want it to. It will feel unending and painful.
  3. But, this pain shall pass.

When we are in a state of intense pain, it can feel like the world is ending. It can feel all too much, and that is completely normal. The key is to not stay in that painful state.

There are so many ways to heal from this kind of pain. Eg. meditation, journaling, talking to a therapist, exercise, spending time with loved ones.

Bottom line, pain is an inevitable part of life, the sooner we can learn to navigate it in a healthy way, the faster we heal and the sooner we can come back to a centered calm state.
