4 Ways to Boost Your Well-being

Start here:

  1. Connect with your values- They are your inner compass. They give your decisions greater meaning and direction.
  2. Awaken and practice self-compassion- See yourself in the light of having a common human experience. Rather than labeling yourself as “good” or “bad,” learn to accept yourself with an open heart.
  3. Experience things that bring you joy- Go outside, read a book, cook/bake, paint, watch a movie, play a game…joy is different for everyone, and that is ok. Just experience it.
  4. Put things into perspective with Gratitude- Whether your day is going well or poorly, it can be helpful to remember that you are thankful for it. Be thankful for the big things and the little things.
