5 Reasons to Bullet Journal

and why I personally journal

author’s page
  1. Keep life more organized: With a monthly overview, space for daily task lists, and trackers, it is relatively easy to keep track of everything.
  2. Focus on self-care: it can be scheduled as a daily task, kept as a tracker, and there is space to journal.
  3. To preserve memories: Each entry can serve as a record of what happened that day. It’s possible to include a daily, weekly, or monthly review.
  4. As a creative outlet: While the bullet journal doesn’t need to be fancy, it can be creatively designed.
  5. Being more intentional: Organize around what you need to, want to, and are currently working on. By journaling, you learn what is truly important to you, what you keep putting off- which makes you question if you really need to do it- and what can be eliminated.
