Am I a Queen?

My waitress thinks so

Twice now, a waitress has referred to me as “Queen”. Not “a Queen”, as in someone of regal bearing or a flamboyantly cross-dressing man. Just “Queen”.

“How are you doing today, Queen?”

It seemed to replace the expected Ma’am/Miss. Although many waitstaff get by without using a replacement word at all. They simply ask, “How are you doing today?”
