Coffee? Who knew?
I’ve been here in hospital for 4 weeks and 4 days. Unbelievable I know. I didn’t expect the recovery process to be so long, nor so painful. Today, my pain meds were halved. Not decreased gradually — so I cried through most of my gym session this morning.
The pain meds have been taking care of my other pain too. Not just my knees, so this morning my back, shoulder, ankles and knees were all complaining loudly.
