Day 3: Jason Edmunds’ let’s get healthy challenge — my midday routine for ME!

Adding something to our routine is easiest when we combine new elements with something we’re already doing.

That’s why a my morning routine is the easiest — I have to wake up. Every blasted day I wake up!

It’s worked so far.

A midday routine is harder for me because I eat at 2 pm, I may have visitors, and/or I may not be home…
