Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You’ve fasted for 7 or 8 hours. Now you need to put fuel in the tank!

For breakfast, I love to have eggs! I’ll pair it with a side of salad and bread as well. It’s crucial to put good quality nutrients in your body at the start of the day. I shy away from oily or heavy foods!

Raw red onions have become an addiction for me. They are absolutely delicious and I’ll just sit there and chomp on them like chips!
