Everybody leaves eventually. You walk past different people along your journey and remember a little less of them after they’re gone. Some vanish like snuffed-out flame, while others are slow-burning embers that gradually fade out.

As you get older, more and more people disappear. You survive many days without thinking of them. You adapt to the changes you thought you could never live through. Like seasons passing, you move on, and that’s life.
