Finding the Facebook Formula
There’s much to know about social media promotion.
I finally created an Author Page on Facebook, now there’s more to learn about its business tools. Ads. Boosting posts.
I decided to use my author page for promoting books only and not my blogging (personal page is for blog promotions).
*Keeping followers engaged for now (until book is published) with quotes and graphics about books and reading.
*Creating a warm and fuzzy feeling around my brand, you know?
*Scheduling posts into the future.
*Duplicating to Instagram.
I invited about 400 friends to like my author page. In four weeks, 178 people accepted my invitation. That’s a 45% acceptance rate. I’ll re-invite non-responders in a month.
