Healthy Bone Broth Recipe

Try this nutritious, delicious, and rich bone broth recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bones
  • Avocado oil/Olive oil
  • Salt + black pepper
  • 1 onion
  • Garlic bulb
  • 5 green chilies
  • Sliced ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 4 Broccoli
  • 2 Lemon slices
  • Crushed red chilies
  • Oregano
  • Basil leaves
  • Black peppercorns
  • Sea salt

Recipe:

  • Roast your chicken and garlic in the oven with drizzled olive oil and some thyme. Add roasted chicken with all ingredients in 5cups of water.
  • Let the broth simmer on low heat for 2 hours. (For beef, 4–5 hours). The more it simmers, the better it’ll be.
  • Strain once ready and enjoy all the goodness.

Bone broth is the best natural, nutritional drink for seasonal allergies and strengthens the immune system.
