Healthy Bone Broth Recipe

Try this nutritious, delicious, and rich bone broth recipe.
Ingredients:
- Chicken with bones
- Avocado oil/Olive oil
- Salt + black pepper
- 1 onion
- Garlic bulb
- 5 green chilies
- Sliced ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 4 Mushrooms
- 4 Broccoli
- 2 Lemon slices
- Crushed red chilies
- Oregano
- Basil leaves
- Black peppercorns
- Sea salt
Recipe:
- Roast your chicken and garlic in the oven with drizzled olive oil and some thyme. Add roasted chicken with all ingredients in 5cups of water.
- Let the broth simmer on low heat for 2 hours. (For beef, 4–5 hours). The more it simmers, the better it’ll be.
- Strain once ready and enjoy all the goodness.
