Mint tea
One of my favorite comforts is a warm cup of fresh mint tea.
- Take 10–15 fresh mint leaves and softly rub them between your hands (to release the oils).
- Place leaves in your favorite ceramic mug (It’s also about the experience).
- Gently boil enough water to fill your cup.
- Pour boiled water over the mint leaves.
- Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Add a touch of honey if you’d like a bit of sweetness.
