“The opposite is often nearer the truth.”(Billy Oppenheimer)

The more we chase success, the more it eludes us

Viktor Frankl published his well-known book Man’s Search for Meaning anonymously because he was not sure of its commercial success.

Success emerged, though he did not try hard because the book contained timeless wisdom.

When the body rests, the brain is active

Researchers used people who rested as a control group while they examined the brains of an active target group. They found that the brains of the idle people had actively connected thoughts and experiences, a state known as REST (“random episodic silent, thinking”).

Elimination often works better than adding

A near-bankrupt Apple survived and flourished after Steve Jobs reduced the product line and made fewer products that met customer needs.

The logic of reality is counterintuitive.
