You are responsible for managing your thoughts, emotions, boundaries, and actions, ensuring you respond with integrity, empathy, and authenticity. It involves maintaining your well-being, setting healthy boundaries, and being responsible for your behavior and reactions.

IT IS NOT Y OUR JOB to take on the responsibility for how others feel, react, or solve their problems, or try to control their opinions and actions. Recognizing the difference helps create healthier interactions and prevents emotional burnout.
