The Daily Cuppa

I enjoyed breakfast food for nearly every meal on vacation.

One of my “rules” on vacation is we eat at places we don’t have at home, which means no fast food.

Prior to this vacation, I hadn’t enjoyed breakfast at a restaurant in a long time — eggs, bacon, ham, pastries, French toast, omelets.

We stopped at a place midway on our road trip, famous for their cinnamon and caramel rolls. One is the size of my head (I have an enormous head).

Maybe I was soothing my anxiety, leaving our home, our bubble. Or maybe I just craved breakfast food.
