Some people get triggered during the holiday season. You are not Alone.

It could be that you feel that you are missing out when you see your friends having a great time.

Or it could be that you are not invited to parties.

Or the holiday season is reminding you about someone you’re missing.

Whatever the reason is, you find yourself feeling triggered, rather alone and maybe even regressing back to the past.

If so, I urge you to practice some self-care.

Take the opportunity to embrace your inner child.

Work on letting go of the past.

Apply some love to your wounded self.

The holiday season may be a source of triggers but you can use the opportunity to extend the same love and kindness to yourself as you would to others.
