“Isn’t it a little old school to be expecting chivalry?” was a comment posted on my story The Trump-loving Guy.

What part of this coffee date was chivalrous? Certainly not the throwing of the chair.

Is it considered chivalrous to buy a lady a cup of flamin’ coffee? Is that considered old school by the younger generation? I think I’ve led quite an interesting life and I’m worth a cup of coffee for an hour’s entertainment.

Wow! Did you notice that? It was your day flying by. This publication is your place to enjoy stories of 150 words or fewer about plants and people, wild animals and pets, gardens and food, how-to and how-not-to — written to inform and delight. Did I mention humor?
