I’ve been walking through Carson City’s historic district in the evenings after work. If I leave from my house, it makes a 3.5-mile loop.

Each historic building has a marker with its name, and the year it was built. Most of the names are not familiar to me, but I’m learning.

Many houses have been turned into small businesses and office buildings. These businesses include a law firm, a preschool, and an engineering agency.
