Journal for my Husband
What I learned about my process through this journal:
1. I enjoy batch creating.
I enjoy taking an hour or so to complete a targeted number of pages. Repeat later.
2. Take out more pages that you think you need to
I removed a page for every 3 pages I kept. I didn’t take out enough to allow for my redesigned pages. Next time, I’ll take more.
3. Expermint with your style
I used scraps in creative ways. I used shiny paper under photos. I used both minimal designs as well as covering some pages as much as possible. I’ve learned that overall, I like minimal but it’s good to step outside your comfort zone. To practice a mix.
Overall, this journal was a positive experience for me. I look forward to the next one.
