Look at the sky!

Sometimes on my walks, I notice my chin tucked in and my eyes fixed on the gravel beneath my feet, barely seeing.

I’m lost in thoughts, miles away.

I remind myself to look up at the sky. That’s what walks are all about; not getting lost in the labyrinth called mind.
