Make a Happiness Box
When we feel that dip in energy, our motivation and creativity also take a hit.
How about creating something you can turn to during those times?
Fill it with things that make you happy. Could be your favorite book, a movie, your favorite notebook and pens, affirmation cards, or a note from someone you love — things that encourage you, reassure you.
Reach for the box the next time you feel low.
