Many months ago, I waited for an elevator at my condo during covid. When it arrived, there were several people on it.

I had waited several minutes for it to arrive.

As I stepped on, a neighbour hurriedly locked his door, then prepared to squeeze himself on too.

“There are too many people,” I said, but he didn’t care. The rude man forced his way on as the door closed, trapping me.
