Or at least my writing.

I have signed up for Grammarly to enhance my writing clarity for articles and blog posts.

I believe that this is an investment in the quality and flow of my writing to make the reading experience a lot nicer for the beautiful Medium population.

However,… This has led to corrections which are highlighting the differences between American and British spelling of words.

For Example: (British — American)

Realise — Realize

Neighbours — Neighbors

Colour — Color

Grey — Gray (I agree with this one)

Now before I am referred to as a lobster, I confess that I find it interesting how the same language can be influenced by the location of the users.

So, I will sit here with my cup of tea and continue to ignore the prompts from Grammarly.

Nice try though!
