My birthday is on June 14. I’ve always liked the date of my birthday. The Queen’s birthday holiday — a Monday — often fell on or near my birthday, so it was a good reason for a long weekend away.
A cosy retreat in the mountains with a spa and a potbelly fireplace is my preferred option, but I won’t say no to an apartment on the beach. I’ve loved my birthday being on the 14 June — it’s a good six months away from Christmas.
