A Viable Income Stream?
Seeking additional income, I joined CareerFoundry as a Digital Marketing tutor.
I interviewed in December and completed the onboarding process in January, welcoming my first student in February. I currently have three students and have earned a few hundred euros.
The long-term potential of this role is not yet clear — it’s too hard to balance the time invested with the financial outcome — more students are needed to clarify the earning potential. I plan to reassess in 6 months (June) or upon reaching 10 students, whichever comes first.
It is worth mentioning that tutoring offers many non-financial rewards — it’s enjoyable, fulfilling, and flexible! This was not something I expected.
